Fashionably Late is our long overdue collab with Eastleigh based micro brewery, Steam Town. This crowd-pleasing West Coast stlye has been designed from the ground up as the ideal cask experience in pubs, combining Columbus, Strata, Mosaic and Krush hops to encourage a resinous and dank profile and leaning into a resoundingly clean bitter finish. Tropical and stone fruit aromas round of this palatable early summer cask special.

(Cask at Lyric, Soho, London, 19 July 2026) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, peaches, white bread and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well made and refreshing IPA, with a generous hop presence. Very nice.
