Can: Nearly black...rubied...with a chunky. light tan head. Roast chocolate and coconut husk aroma. Taste is creamy, dark chocolate malt...coconut milk. Really enjoyed the light vs. dark feel and taste in this one... Wonderful.

Can. Strong and odd roasty metallic aroma as well as a bit of chocolate. Black with a large, quickly dissipating tan head. There’s that odd metallic flavor, just as in the nose. Also some roasty chocolate. I didn’t really taste or smell anything like coconut. Medium body, light carbonation.

Draft. Black, brown head, solid curtain of lacing. Aroma is big and roasty. Nice creamy mouthfeel, tons of coffee grounds and bitter cocoa.

tap at Brewhaven festival - Pours dark brown and has a very mild chocolate malt aroma. The flavor is sweet with a bit of chocolate. It’s thin bodied. I’m wondering where the coconut is and why there’s some band aid character present. Not very good.

Can. Toasted coconut and chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown-black color with small head. Light toasted coconut and chocolate malt flavor. Mild bitter herbal finish. Excellent.

Draft at Rich Os. Ruby brown body with a diminishing tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, sweet coconut milk with hints of coffee and chocolate. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes much the same with a bit more bitterness that nicely balances the predominantly sweet flavors. Tastes of sugar with hints of toasted coconut and milk chocolate. Medium body, creamy texture and moderate carbonation. This was a pleasant surprise. Easy to drink with a nice set of complimentary flavors — the coconut well balanced with the roasted malts.
