On tap at Trillium - Fort Point, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of tropical fruity hops, some pine, tanginess, and lightly sweet biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly boozy, with lots of tropical hops, citrus, and ethanol. Boozy, harsh, but nicely tropical; Mosaic bomb on the finish. Good stuff.

Fenway draught, 7/31/26.
Spicy, with a touch of scallion. White bread and pepper in there. Doesn't seem bitter and certainly not very piney. Bread and honey from the easygoing, gently balancing malt.
Pine and grapefruit pith with a burst of white bread like sweetness initially before strongly drying. Earth, pepper, spice. Low bitterness. Nothing terribly compelling. Trying a bit too hard on the modern WC and forgetting to add more bitterness and interesting hop character.

Ppurs clear deep gold into a tulip. White head with little retention crackles to nothing. Orange, passion fruit and pine aromas. Dry with sweet mango and tangerine upfront turning to earthy pith and pine in the lasting finish.
