Cask at The Gordon Highlander, Inverurie. It pours clear pale blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, floral, daisies, hay, summer meadow and biscuit. The taste is dry, clean, mellow bitterness, toasty grains, fragrant, floral, straw, clean malt base, twist of citrus, orchard fruits and a touch of peppery spice with a dry finish. Light to average body and moderate cask carbonation. Easy going but not boring. Chuggable.
