Pint draft at The Crescent Hill Craft House in Louisville, Kentucky. The pour is a hazy brown copper with nice lighter tan head. The aroma is toasted nutty malt, a nice citrus floral hop character and a faint soapiness. The taste is the component parts of the nose, in nice balance. The nutty toast malt integrates well with the floral hop character. The soap is not present in the taste. The palate is medium bodied, soft, almost creamy carbonation and a clean nutty finish. Tasty beer.

Draft @ brewery. Nutty roasty malt aroma. Clear chestnut with a small white head. Roasty caramel malt flavor with a non-descript hoppy finish. Light body, soft carbonation.

Draft. Apple/berry and caramel malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy brown with small head. Sweet apple and caramel malt and moderately bitter citrus peel flavor. Hops dominate the flavor. Very nice.
