Braggot Style Ale

When @labietis joined us for an exciting collaboration a few weeks ago, we got forced out of our brewery bubble and sent foraging out in the wilds, in the cold, thunderous rain... ๐Ÿ˜ต
Kidding, the weather was nice. ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐ŸŒž

BOYARโ€™S BREW might seem like a treat made for landlords, cup bearers and kings, but it is in fact pulling its roots from humble origins, while still being a true delight to the senses. ๐Ÿ‘‘

Itโ€™s a braggot-style ale that uses immense amounts of local acacia honey, carefully infused with locally-foraged wild chervil and bird cherry tree flowers (by yours truly). ๐Ÿฏ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒธ

Itโ€™s dry, crisp, spritzy on the palate, with elegant floral notes that still hint at condensed honey sweetness, touch of pollen and notes of light, spent underripe berries, with even a nice anise-like edge to it all. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

This was fun. Letโ€™s do more?

Trockener Beginn, wรคssrig, Anis, wenig Honig. Sehr schwach bleibend, wenig helles Malz, kein Nachgeschmack. Hm... 7/5/7/5/12/5

500ml, can.
EP 13
Pours pale, light straw, with thin white head. (I'd say double pale ale xD)
Nose is light, maybe corn, with a hint of malt. Flavor is hidden, maybe some bread and biscuits.
Finish is short, faint, yeasty.
