Stejná receptura, stejné postupy, ale pokaždé jiný chmel. S naší edicí Single Hop Ale máte jedinečnou příležitost prozkoumat a porovnat vlastnosti jednotlivých odrůd chmele na základě jednoho receptu. Tentokrát jsme sáhli po francouzském chmelu Aramis, který dodává pivu velmi jemnou, vyváženou a komplexní chuť. Ve vůni dominuje kombinace bylinných a květinových tónů. Chuť je mírně kořenitá s jemným nádechem bylinek.

* Ok SH ale, not much pleasant hop character for me. *
Clear golden. Lasting white head. Earthy hops, grassy, light sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Bitter finish.

750ml Bottle - Golden yellow with a white head. Hop resins, herbs and some hints of tea in the aroma. The taste is herbal, earthy and moderately sweet with notes of tea, lemon and strawberries.

Oxidated, dull. Bitter, but with very little hops character. Watery, a bit harsh, not much to be praised here, only bad impressions present. Meh.

Tap at PZ. Clear golden body, off-white head. Huge green onion notes in the aroma, hiding some citrus peel notes leaning on floral and woody. Some grainy touches, oily, DMS vibes, low citrusy touches. The backbone isn't the best and the hops don't help too much... Still, 'kay.
