Retour aux sources avec une West Coast IPA moderne : Malt Pils et pointe de riz, zéro Cara. Côté houblons, un combo transpacifique avec du Nelson Sauvin pour la touche fruitée et un duo Simcoe/Columbus CRYO pour la résine américaine. Une IPA sèche et bien amère (≈50 IBU), titrant 6%, mêlant intensité résineuse et notes fruitées

26/XII/25 - 33cl bottle from Le Singe Savant (Lille), shared @ early New Year’s celebration, BB: XI/2026, lot N°20251005 (2025-1482)

Clear light orange to gold blond beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, juicy, tropical fruits, mango, orange peel, a little dank, nice and hoppy, grassy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness, a bit resinous, hoppy, tropical fruits, citrus notes, grapefruit, some caramel malts, very nice! Aftertaste: gentle bitterness, citrus, a little sweet, juicy, mango, some lychee, a bit piny, nice, very pleasant IPA, I love it!
