DDH IPA with Nelson Sauvin™, Peacharine™ & Citra®
One of three special treats, shared with friends old & new, for our 11th birthday.
All three have been brewed using Best Ultra-Pale NP malt; a brand new product developed over the last year with our German maltster, BestMalz, that produces a rich texture that's creamy, fluffy & very very fancy.
Here we've paired our hand-selected Citra with a classy combination of New Zealand varieties; the rich sweetness of Peacharine layers beautifully with the thiol-heavy complexity of Nelson Sauvin.
Pressed Grape, Saturn Peach & Blood Orange.

440ml can. Murky yellow with a white head. Aroma of vinous grape and gooseberry, peach, tropical fruits and a bit dank. Taste is the same, very juicy, peachy, tropical fruits, grape and white wine, gooseberry, dank herbaceous finish, light hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky golden body with a thin white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of green banana and pineapple. Flavour of mango and nectarine. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Soft and fruity.
