Freedom Machine Vol. 8 is a New England-style IPA with notes of stone fruit and tropical flavors, with subtle undertones of woody, herbal and floral aromas. Dry hopped with a copious amount of Yakima Chief’s 8th annual Veterans Hop Blend, this forever evolving IPA has a hop profile that will transform year to year. This year’s Veterans Blend consist of four dynamic Pacific Northwest-grown varieties and by purchasing this blend, we are directly supporting veteran charity, Soldiers’ Angels. Grapefruit city, underlined by notes of melon, papaya, peach, and lime, with lingering citrus pith and a firm mineral-pine bitterness. Dry, which is nice, but it’s kinda nuts how fruity this pint is without any adjuncts. Good, but not my thing.
