Aizkolari is a rustic IPA with some serious backbone. The secret is the light dose of caramelized rye to nail that light amber color and a touch of sweetness to balance out the hops.
Spicy and bold. The dry-hop of Simcoe, Citra, and Ekuanot hits you with melon and lychee over a peppery, piney finish.

Red/orange with a white head. Malty forward, rye spice, a bit of pine, toasted bread. Medium bodied. Finish has sweet fruits, rye spice, toasted malt. Simple and decent.
