Fresh Citra Hops added at boil and then the beer was run thru a hopback filled with freshly harvested Citra Hops. Big hop character in the nose and finish without a lot of lingering bitterness Light pale malt backbone with a dry hop finish.

On tap at Birch and Barley. I see the other ratings of this from my DC brethren and maybe I got a bad pour. Pours a clear amber with some tight white head. Nose is a little trashy, dried leaves, some crystal malt, some sugar, a little root veg. Flavor was overly sweet, to me it appeared to be under attenuated (if that’s possible at 6.6% abv), a little chewy malt, some light citrus. Watery, slick finish.

Draft at the source. Hazy amber color, fluffy white head. Aroma of freshly cut grass, subtle scallions. Taste is lemonbread, caramel. Nice stuff, easy drinking.
