Not much of a nose. Some very light apple skin, very mild spice.
Fully attenuated in the mouth. There's zero sugar and very little body here. Hard to get an impression of the apple given that they've completely ripped through it in fermentation. Tannin, skin, mild spice, bitter crabapple flesh-type notes.
