Super crisp and clear golden coloured body with a light golden hue and a thin, fast-dying single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of corn, alcohol, yeast, lemons, grass and hay - nice and light. Light-bodied; Strong wheat and coriander seed flavours at first with some hints of yeast, curacao and full oranges. Aftertaste is relatively mild with some light sweetness and orange flavours throughout -some nice tastes, but strongish for this style. Overall, a nice beer with more of an opaque and open wheat and orange flavoured beer, showing some nice complexity and depth. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Total Wine in Cary, North Carolina on 02-August-2014 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington on 23-November-2014.

Refrigerated 12oz. Aluminum can poured into a weizen glass. Pours pale golden with small white head. Aroma is malty, medium/light body, medium/light carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is soft malt, lemongrass, some banana, really easy to drink.

Can @ home, picked up in Charlotte. Pours a cloudy, dull yellow appearance with a nice, foamy, white head. A ton of spicy yeast in the nose that has a sort of nutmeg quality to it. Potpourri, lemongrass, tangerine also offered in the aroma. Slightly acidic and slightly metallic. Flavor is a bit dull, though the can was sitting on a hot shelf for god knows how long. A bit of banana and more citrus. A bit twangy. Decent.

12 oz can Pours a slightly hazy yellow, clearer than most Hefes. Generous head of white that disappears too quickly. Sweet perfume aroma of honey and banana. The flavor is sweet. Good body. Smooth.

12 oz. can. Pours a light, hazy gold with a big, fluffy, white head and good lacing. The aroma is bread dough, bananas, cloves, and honey. The flavor is a mellow, balanced blend of bready sweetness, orange peel bitterness, and a little spice. The palate is light, creamy, and a little flat. Overall, this is a great tasting, well balanced beer, but the mouthfeel is a little lacking.

Can from Bruisin Ales. Pours hazy light gold with a slight white bubbly head. Aroma of yeast/spice and citrus. Near med body. Flavor is lightly banana with even lighter clove. Drinks pretty well. One of the good/better hefes.

Baby food banana and peach nose with a certain rice character, good strength. Milky yellow, thin head. Flavor is still rice-like. A more typically lemony american wheat flavor predominates, but banana notes can be detected. No cloves. True enough to style, but only barely.

12 ounce can from Whole Foods Market Raleigh. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium sized frothy head that fades quickly. Aroma of big yeast and citrus notes with some breadiness and spice. The taste is pineapple, citrus, bread, yeast, spice and a bit of caramel. Medium bodied. Nice hefe.
