Bottle picked up at the source. It pours only ever so slightly hazy pale yellow with a a small hazy white head. The aroma is soft, sweetish, plum, apricot.jam, floury white bread, biscuit, tinned fruit and grass. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, light bitterness, grassy, floury bread, slightly chalky, orchard fruits, plum, apricot and biscuit with a drying finish. Average body and fine carbonation. Not a huge amount of depth to it.
