A pale West Coast IPA with a very simple but powerful recipe. We’ve stripped back all the malts to a lager base with a splash of wheat for head retention. A big change in process from our usual brewing methods by focussing much more on hot-side hop interactions. Bitter, dry, refreshing and hoppy. Citra and Kohia Nelson.

500ml can. Pours a slightly hazed golden with a white head. Aroma of ripe citrus and passionfruit, vinous too. Taste of passionfruit, grapefruit, orange, citrus peel, white wine, resinous bitterness. Medium bodied.
Solid westie, the Kohia Nelson is very prominent.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Fine carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of melon, celery and orange. Flavour of lemon and melon rind. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Crisp and clean but a touch light on flavour.
