light medium golden color . Very nice barrel character, big sourness, with excellent peaches and a touch of mango. So nice mangos and peaches . Tart, bright and refreshing. Nice barrel and fruit finish. Fantastic .

Draught at 3rd Annual Sour Fest, 3/26/16.
Very light, straw-blonde beer with good clarity (very minimal haze) and a large white head with moderate retention.
Soft brett in the nose is nonetheless quite prominent, adding lemon oil, limeskin, very light band-aid and soft funk. Cereal grains keep things "dry" and add complexity without being overbearing (much better than any specialty malts would be). Perfume, plaster, light fruitiness and no alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it’s full of lovely brett character. All of the good stuff and none of the bad. No grassiness, heavy perfume or heavy breadiness. No astringency and tons of keylime, band aid and gentle funk. Grainy, yet amply malted-texture provides dryness and crispness. Light floral/herbal suggestions on the end with lingering band-aid and various other brett acids.

En fût au brouepub. Couleur jaune paille trouble, mousse blanche tenace laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de brett, floral, agrumes léger. Goût de brett, malt, amertume moyenne-faible, épicé du seigle en fin de bouche. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

Belgian Beer Fest Boston. Clear yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of straw. Taste is dusty cobwebs. Or maybe rhubarbs, I can’t read my handwriting!
