A uniquely flavoursome Belgian styled beer. We ethically source pine and birch sap from forests all over the UK. Then add infusion of dried pine and fresh spruce tips to create delicious and woody pine notes.
The sap is added to the fermentation process which lasts four weeks.

Can. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty, pine. Taste: Malty, yeasty, fruity esters (stone fruit), subtle yet clearly present floral pine tree notes, hints of citrus fruit. Floral pine finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness.
