A Golden Rye Lager Even though we called this one what we called it, there’s nothing aggressive about it! Just a wonderfully simple beer that shows off the German rye malt in a medium-bodied Helles-type lager, that’s got just enough oomph in it to make you stay for a few. Tasting notes? Not a sweet beer, but sniff and sips of fresh made biscuits, honey, bread dough, and dab of white pepper.

Tap. Pours clear golden orange, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is light, hints of grain, pine, floral notes. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, lingering rye bite. Medium light body.
