Perched is a new 6.5% Hazy IPA we made in collaboration with our friends from Eavesdrop Brewery in Virginia. It's been brewed with oats and wheat and hopped with Cryo Nelson, Peacharine and our hand-selected Citra. Christian from Eavesdrop made the trip up to explore the Great White North and visit us on the brew day to make this happen. In this beer, we enjoy notes of white peach gummy rings, dank tropical citrus and white grape.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice.
