Broadway draught, 7/31/26.
Lightly lactic, with low pineapple. Nothing twangy or sweet or artificial. Very low acidity for a gose. Lots of wheat, though, that's for sure. Comes out more wheat beer in the nose.
More pineapple in the mouth. Tangy and acidic and then quickly drying. Not as softly wheaty in mouth. Maybe a touch excess acid. Needs salinity to soften the edges and dull the acid. Tastes more like a plain old kettle sour.
