Bringing back the old school malt profile along with American Mosaic hops. Juicy tropical fruits, citrus& pine characters radiate, along with fruity-spicy-peppery attribute at the end. A very slight addition of Citra & Amarillo hops to add to the tropical character.

Can, bb 4/27. Amber, a dense cm of white head. Aroma of hard spices, some citrus and tropical fruit, hints of bubblegum. Dryish with I guess some phenolic as well as hop driven spice notes. Tropical and stone fruit behind, along with light bread. Medium high bitterness. Pepper, clove, twigs linger. Interesting.
