Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, melon, fruits and hops. Sweet malty finish.

On tap at the source, Watermelon ale served with a slice of watermelon on the glass, I can’t say I’ve seen that before. Aromas and flavors of watermelon rind and a light sweet maltiness. Kind of interesting, and different.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of watermelon and nothing else. The taste is watermelon, pale malts and faint bitterness. Thin-medium bodied.

Draft. Clear light yellow color, small white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of guess what. Taste is refreshing, light, fruity. It works!

Pours like the Golden Ale, transparent gold with absolutely no head. Thick watermelon slice in glass as a garnish. Heavy scent of watermelon. Flavor is all watermelon, sugary watery finish. Another novelty beer my girlfriend loved, not much for an experienced drinker.
