A traditional double‑decoction mash builds a deep, bready malt character, balanced by floral, spicy hop notes and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Taproom draught, 8/1/26.
Spicy, very herbal, tea-like hoppiness. For being dbl decocted, the malts arent very forward, but are certainly supportive adding light honey.
But it come out prominently in the mouth. Rich and deep but dry on the finish with soft, floral herbs and a gentle bitterness. Lemon oil, heavy tea and light pepper. No real yeast signature, very clean stuff.
