Very fruity with some sweetness behind it as well as acidity, bit neither are overdone. Not really any gross lactic character, though the fruit is rather dominant. Bread and crust from malt balances.
Soft, rounded from the salinity with a very flavorful fruitiness and gentle sweetness. Tons of flavor for its size with a biscuity-wheaty dryness on the end. Has Night Shift got its act together??
