Soft with floral hop and a touch of biscuity grain. Good minerality and a touch of delicate sweetness on the end.
Crisp and floral with healthy bitterness, breadiness and good attenuation through to the finish. Fairly assertive bitterness but pulling back a little and with a bit lighter malt body probably to appeal to a wider crowd. Very respectable and well-made though.

On tap at Democracy, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is crisp, with herbaceous notes, grassiness, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is quite crisp and biting for a helles, with a nice herbaceous hop punch and crisp crackery malt base. Solid.
