A light-golden ale that’s beautifully balanced in both bitterness and sweetness and carries subtle citrus and floral undertones. Hand pulled pint at the Bird In Hand, Stafford on 1st August 2026. Clear golden pour, white crust. Citrus leanings in the nose and taste, decent enough but not really the sort of beer you'd expect Ozzy Osbourne to drink.
