Leading the aroma: bright citrus, layered with juicy stone fruit, ripe peach, and a note of lemon iced tea.
The palate is lean and light, opening with citrus and a touch of pear drop before a firm bitterness builds through the middle. The finish turns dry and mineral, with a crisp, white-wine-like character lingering close.
Fantails (Pīwakawaka in Maori) are native birds from NZ. They are insectivorous and will hunt flying bugs hovering around lupin flowers (shown in label in Lake Tekapo, NZ).
Hops: Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Rakau , and Nectaron Cryo.

Arôme est bien frais - houblonné sur les touches de chanvre/weed, résine et sapin avec en support de fins effluves d'agrumes dont le pamplemosuse.
Palais est chargé en notes de dankness - pas ma l de résine, sapin, weed notes avec léger appui de pamplemousse. Petite touche douce de tropical, support malté solide - repris par une grosse dose de sécheresse et d'aiguilles de pin.
