Pale, light yellow in the glass, with aromas of ripe pineapple and green melon lifted by fresh lime. As it warms, the aromas turn floral and perfumed, with a hint of rose water.
The palate is smooth and crisp, opening with a fruity note of ripe peach before moving into a dry, herbal finish. A prominent, persistent bitterness carries through, persistent and never overwhelming, with lingering notes of lime zest and tonic water.
Hops: Simcoe (hand-selected), Nectaron Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo.

Dorée, col épais blanc crémeux.
Arôme est chargé en notes 'dank', pas mal de résine et de pin repris par un léger appui de pamplemousse tout en ayant un subtil côté poudre d'ail/oignon.
Palais est dank, pas mal de houblons, chargé en résine + support fruité à noyaux apporté par le houblon Nectaron - le tout garde aussi une fraîcheur florale. Pointe d'ananas en support e tune douceur presque vanillée en fin d e bouche avec un retour plus tropical.
