Bourbon Barrel-Aged Espresso Martini Imperial Stout • 13.32% ABV • Brewed in collaboration with our friends at @otherhalfnyc, this beer was inspired by the unmistakable coffee character already present in the bourbon barrels. We leaned into it, crafting an espresso martini-inspired imperial stout. Freshly roasted coffee from @commonroomroasters was recirculated over two days with cacao nibs and vanilla before the beer was dosed with nitrogen to create a silky mouthfeel of a freshly shaken cocktail. Expect aromas of espresso, vanilla, and dark chocolate, followed by smooth coffee, rich vanilla, and a refined bourbon finish.
