This is a hoppy smoked-wheat ale called a grätzer, which was popular in Poland until the early part of the 20th century. This is brewed as a collaboration with Bluejacket Brewpub. With thyme.

I forgot to list this one as a contract brew with DC Brau, my bad! Cloudy golden color, huge fluffy white head. Aroma of just the right amount of thyme, enough to make it interesting, but not overwhelming. Taste is up front spice then subtle straw. Very nice.
