Dykonic is a celebration of dykes everywhere. Forming the backbone of our communities throughout history, dykes stand firm against traditional gender norms and what women and trans people "should" be by patriarchal standards.
We went big for our last ever IPA: we used a load of our favourite hops, with Azacca, Citra, Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, and Strata added via mash-hopping, hop dip, and the dry hop for big, bold hop character. It's giving big juicy naturals!
Aroma: bags of stone fruit and tropical character, with passionfruit, mango, and pink guava.
Palate: a few citrus notes combine with more tropical fruit, with mango, pineapple, peach sweeties, passionfruit, and a little berry, all wrapped up with a soft mouthfeel and gentle bitterness.

On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Aromas of mango, peach, papaya, grapefruit & passionfruit. Taste is tangerine, tropical fruits, pink grapefruit, peach, touch of pear.. Really nice aftertaste.
