On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy cherry red with a small off-white head. Aroma is quite subtle, showcasing the beet and not much else. Flavour of raw beet root and in a very pleasant way. There is some mild candy sweetness as well. Was expecting to abhor this but this is oddly impressive. Solid stuff.

Sample at Saddle Rock in Wenatchee, WA. This brew pours a slightly hazy maroon-amber color with a medium pinkish-white head that dissipates quickly. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of earthy malt, wheat and slight grassy hops. Medium body with flavors of earth and beets plus a touch of hop bitterness. The finish is black cherries and beets. Decent overall.

Bomber. Pours hazy orange-red (the color of beets, really) with a medium collapsing pinkish-white head. Aroma consists of doughy bread, beets, vinegar (pickled beets?), earth, totally unique. Taste is sweet and beety with a dry bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel with average carbonation. This beer is awesome. I know others will find it weird and/or gimmicky, maybe even gross, but I love experimental beers and this has that in spades.

Draught. Mix of malt and beet, something I don’t usually associate with beer. Aroma is sweet malt. Almost red as a red wine. Thin white head. Beet in the flavour. An interest mix

Bomber from Belmont Station. Pours very ruddy - almost like cherry with a slightly off-white (pinkish?) head. Aroma is citrus and light pitted fruit. And beet! Med body or more. Flavor is very lightly beet with a lot of light roast malt and some citrus hop. There’s a peppery/spicy aspect hitting the old mucosa. Very nice, though quite different.
