Tap. The Crow, Sheffield. Hazed slightly muddy pale gold. No head. Not a looker, especially. Nose has semi sweet grape juice and must. Fairly mineraly. Some woody notes. Some flora along the lines of honeysuckle. Little bit wheaty. Soft funk. Taste is semi sweet with a hint of tannic dryness and bitterness. Drinks well overall with fine crisp carbonation. Minimal acidity. Light dry light grape stalk bitter finish. Feels a bit wheaty and “young”, but nevertheless it got sank in quick time.
