We had a theory that guava and papaya were better together than apart, so we combined them into a beer. The result is a tropical Smoothie Sour where guava and papaya take the lead, while passion fruit and banana provide a thick support!

0.5 l can thanks to Ogi, shared with Marko and him. Murky opaque pinkish orange colour, thick texture. Flavour is guava and some ripe vegetables at first, like an overripe carrot. Smooth, juicy texture, light tartness. Thin tropical and carrot juice flavour. Not too sweet. Quite earthy.

Can, thx Ogi for sharing! Dark, oxidized brownish salmon body, no head really. Bit fishy guava and papaya in the aroma. Smoothie taste, guava going towards matches, bitterish, some sweet papaya countering it. No, this just doesn't work, at all. Something went the wrong way here...
