A German Ale fermented at cool temps. Super malty, with assertive bitterness to match. Amber in color, nutty complex malt character of bread crust, with lingering bitterness and subtle dark fruit notes from German ale yeast. Clean and smooth finish.

Toasted brown bread and a bit of peppery, spicy hop.
Clean and malty, not too soft/sluggish of texture, though certainly deeply malted. Excellent toast character and mildly bitter, peppery hop to help balance. Polished, clean and well-made which seems to be the theme here.
