Draft at Olde Hickory. Pours a clear pale gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Notes of light grain and not much else on the nose. Light and watery on the palate. Easy drinking, but not much going on.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours perfectly clear, pale yellow with a fine, white cream cap. Dry doughy bread nose, hints of pale citrus. Light sweet flavor with more dough, faint sugary wheat, lemon peel. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. A bit bland to finish, some cream of wheat, lemony notes, dough. Ho hum.

On tap @ Olde Hickory. Pours a super light yellow appearance with a white head. Fairly spicy aroma. Orange citrus. Kind of watery. Moderate bitterness. Lemon and orange. A bit twangy. Kind of bland and boring.

Served on draft at Amos Howards on 4/7/11. Pours a clear reddish color with a thin offwhite head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of nutty notes and a weird cheesiness. The taste is nutty notes, faint chocolate and a bitter hop finish. Thin bodied.
