The nose and palate open with generous notes of yellow fruit and grapefruit—contributed by Vista hops—complemented by nuances of tropical fruit and white grape reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc, thanks to Nelson Sauvin. Refreshing acidity and bitterness evocative of lemon zest and grapefruit, combined with a subtle salinity, define the beer's profile, lending freshness, balance, and complexity to this character-filled collaboration.

330ml bottle from Le Chais, Hazebrouck. Pours a hazed yellowish gold, white head. Citrusy nose. Definitely has a prominent salty side, proper defined bitter grapefruit, cutting crisp citrus.. kind of like a supercharged gose with everything amped up. Great stuff
