A festive porter inspired by the iconic Italian Christmas cake. Brewed with candied orange peel, lemon zest, raisins, vanilla and real panettone, this beer delivers soft cocoa notes, gentle roast and a rich aroma of dried fruits and citrus. Smooth, balanced and comforting, with a subtle bakery sweetness and a wintery finish.

6/II/26 - 37.5cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared with Bart A. and Kris W. @ home, BB: I/2028, batch 127 (2026-103)
Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: good roast, some chocolate, a bit oxidized, lots of CO2, dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish start, bitter toast, a bit hoppy, oxidized, some dried orange peel. Aftertaste: a bit sourish, funky, slightly infected impression, a bit zesty, sourish touch, weird, caramel, funky, ok. Not great.
