A luscious and colorful Pastry Sour brewed with real ube (purple yam from Asia) and vanilla. Creamy, smooth, and dessert-like — imagine sipping on a vibrant Ube Latte turned into a beer. Expect soft sweetness, subtle acidity, and a velvety finish that blurs the line between pastry and sour.

GUSHER ALERT!
Cloudy rusty red brown beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, lots of CO2, a bit malty, fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, pleasant acidity, a bit lemony, fruity, sweet, grapejuice, lovely! Aftertaste: very juicy, fruity, lots of raspberries and strawberries, sweet touch, very acidic, pretty complex, lovely!
