Chance is a Session IPA.
A Session IPA is the little sister of the IPA (India Pale Ale), but it is designed to be lighter, more drinkable, and lower in alcohol.
It features a pronounced hoppy flavor with distinct bitterness (yes, at Thiriez, IPAs are bitter 😇).
To brew this type of beer, you need:
🥖 Pilsner barley malt
🥦 US hops added via both hot and cold infusion: Ekuanot, Simcoe, Idaho 7, Dolcita
🏊 A highly efficient yet subtle yeast: US-05

330ml bottle from Labierotek, Dunkerque. Misty gold pour, large fluffy white head. A wonderfully hoppy, bitter pale, tastes stronger than 4.5%.. great clout to it, with a pungent fruity hop side. No info on hops used unfortunately. Great session IPA.
