Our latest summer session pale, brewed with two of our favourite hops, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin.
Mosaic's complex flavour and aroma profile led to its name. This hop is most noted for its blueberry and tropical aromas. The Nelson Sauvin aroma descriptors include distinctive white wine characters along with fruity flavors, such as fresh crushed gooseberry and grape.

Cask. Sheffield Tap. The one on the right in the pic. Clear straw gold. Slim super dense lasting fully lacing white foam. Looks boss. Nose has fruity gum mosaic. Definitely a twang from the Nelson too. Hops come across well with light malts in the background. Taste has a little sweetness but is mostly quite dry and fairly bitter. Drinks as well as a cask beer in perfect nick should. Bitter finish. Solid.
