Bottle from the brewery. Opaque black with thin head, quickly dissipating to a ring, nice viscosity, trace lacing. Aroma is strong vanilla, marshmallow, over graham pie crust, chocolate, subtle coconut. Taste is initial marshmallow then strong graham cracker and vanilla, milder coconut. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Delivers on everything they advertise they were going for so well executed. Would LOVE to have seen this in a bourbon barrel to ameliorate/compliment the sweetness.
