There’s an old idea we keep coming back to: something broken can be mended in a way that makes it more beautiful, not less. A crack filled with gold instead of hidden away. Binary Sea started with that thought, paired with a name that splits just as clean down the middle: one signal, two states, a line where the break becomes the design.

Our house grist holds steady beneath the surface. Nelson Sauvin brings a shimmering white-wine haze, Nectaron and Riwaka roll in like a tropical undertow of lime, passionfruit, salt on the wind, while Maui Nelson Hop Kief pulls it all into one dense, oily current.

Opaque, fluffy head. Lots of sauviny kiwi hops on the nose, but hinting at hop burn. Definitely burning, chalky. The hop would be nice if it didn’t scrape my fucking throat going down. Light malt.

Draft at Paragon, 8/7/26. Fully hazy yellowish color with a white head and moderate lace. Pineapple, papaya, mangonion. Some green, unripe citrus. Grassy as well. Flavorful stuff. Bright. Smooth and clean. Very drinkable.
