Don't remember if it was bottle pour or draught. At N. Conway location, 8/14/26.
Excellent bourbon character with some tannic wood and just a touch of heat. But it's pretty forward without being too dominant, which is lovely. Good, rich, if somewhat sweet honey in the background with some light maple accents and no alcohol noted.
Similar in flavor, showing maybe a bit sweeter than I'd prefer, but with a delicious, true bourbon flavor and tannin that helps dry it out some.

Bottle pour at Sap House NoCo, pours a clear golden. Aroma has plenty of big boozy bourbon barrels, moderate honey sugars, and touch of maple. Flavour is rich and woody, with big bourbon barrels, wood, booze, rich wildflower honey that somehow manages to be restrained on sweetness. Really woody, fairly boozy, quite complex. Not world-class, like Schramm’s or Marlobobo, but I’m not going to complain. Excellent.
