Hops: Southern Cross, El Dorado, Simcoe.
Unfiltered, naturally hazy, and unpasteurized—this Hazy IPA delights with its intense hop aromatics and pleasantly soft mouthfeel. Full-bodied and juicy, it unfolds a complex interplay of flavors ranging from tropical fruits and citrus notes to stone fruit, berries, and subtle resinous nuances. The restrained hop bitterness ensures a harmonious, balanced character, allowing the multifaceted fruit aromas to truly shine. A modern, flavor-packed IPA for those who appreciate the distinctive hop profiles of Sudden Death Brewing.
My Precious „Southern Cross“ is one of three IPAs in the My Precious mini-series, which showcases some of our favourite New Zealand hops.
This IPA edition features loads of wheat and oats playing with Southern Cross, Simcoe, El Dorado hops. Lemon-lime-orange-grapefruit, ripe strawberries, and dank weed flavors are everywhere!

Can picked up from Beyond Beer webshop Hamburg and consumed at home sat at the bottom of the garden, Sunday 9th August 2026 after a nice chat with Mum and Keith and then Scott and Mand'. It's been a very hot day we've had a great weekend in Plattling then Straubing Gäubodenvolksfest then Innernzell Volksfest so really full on W/E. Anyway much like my last beer this pours hazy yellow but more murky this time with a large frothy white head. The aroma is a little dank grassy, there are tropical notes and it's also a little resinous, I have to say for a style I often pass on this is v.good, juicy, nice mouthfeel, little hoppy burps, very good NEIPA.
