Special batch prepared for Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza 2026 - Grape Edition, with 250 gr of fresh Roussanne grapes per liter of lambic, in a blend of 50% of 1 year old very light Meerts (ligher than the classic Meerts we use) and 50% of 2 and 3 years old lambics, to reach around 5% alc/vol grape lambics. First time served on May 1, 2026.

Tap. Rutland Arms Sheffield. Hazed pale gold. Slim ring of dense white foam. Nose has Tilquin funk. Light oak. Semi sweet ripened grape flesh and skin. Lightly tannic. Whiff of vanilla. Taste has soft fruit sweetness. A little dry and a little tart. Nicely low on the acidity. Dry quite crisp fruit finish. Drinks easy.
