5 oz sample draft at the brewpub in Lawrence, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden with not much of a white head. The aroma is soft citrus, rye and the grass in the back. The taste is a bit of the spice rye up front followed by the citrus Lemongrass and finishing with grain cereal malt. Nice integration of flavors. The palate is medium bodied with active carbonation and lingering rye Lemongrass in the finish.

Draft at the source. Clear yellow color, thin white head. Aroma of citrus and light fruit. Taste is lemonpeel and light spice.
