Controlled Chaos, our latest collaboration with Caius Farm Brewing, a Munich-style dunkel with a twist, features Massachusetts grown Chaos hops from Four Star Farms and a grain bill of Barke Munich malt, Floor-malted Pilsner malt, and a blend of CaraMunich malts.

This dunkel pours a rich amber copper color with an off-white head and is strikingly crystal clear. Rich aromas of bread crust and toffee balance with a dry and toasty finish. Deep on flavor but refreshingly drinkable and airy. It's a delicious paradox! The Chaos and Strisselspalt hops add subtle notes of tea, orange blossom and noble spice. This dunkel lagered for 8 weeks and is naturally carbonated.
