Dry, bittersweet cider.
A blend of classic bittersweet and bittersharp varieties. The bittersweet (85%) include Chisel Jersey, Ashton Brown Jersey, Yarlington Mill, Harry Masters Jersey and Dabinett, balanced by 15% bittersharp apples. Time has softened the bold 2022 tannins to produce a smooth cider with notes of pine and brass, and a long, warming finish.
Made from apples hand picked from traditional, unsprayed Somerset orchards. Full juice, wild fermented, and naturally occurring sulphites. 750ml. 7.3%.

750ml bottle. Orangey amber gold colour, white bubbly head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, citric hints, with balanced acidity and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
